I can not believe how fast the year is flying by and that we are near the end September! Even though we are almost through with the month, I feel like I have been celebrating tons of birthdays and baby showers all month long! Did you know that mid-September is the most birthday-packed time of the year? With so many cute babies being born this month, there comes showers to help new, second time, or even third time mamas with items to shower the new baby with love. I have had my fair share of shopping for baby showers so below are my 3 go to baby shower gift ideas.
1. Emotional gifts – There will be times that you are invited to a baby shower with no registry or one that has most of the registry filled up. Times like this I love giving a sentimental gift such as a baby book or keepsake box. I even love the idea of a personal hand and foot casting kit so that they will remember how small they were. I also love the idea of gifting the parents a family photo session to capture those sweet memories as a new family.
2. Baby Must Haves – Being a mom of two, I know a thing or two about things that are must haves when it comes to baby items. Hands down the Doona Car Seat & Stroller is so convenient! It is an investment but is durable and will last through the wear and tear of baby life. Another one that I always recommend to all moms is the Hatch sleep machine. The white noise helps lull babies to sleep, and the best part is that you can control it from your phone. We still use ours daily and never leave home without it! A good baby carrier is another must have. The Baby Bjorn baby carrier kept my babies close while I was able to be hands free to do other tasks.
